Brought in as Senior Lead Designer to support their full rebrand, I was responsible for creating a design system of over 350 components, giving the internal team a scalable, consistent foundation to build from. I led the UX design across all core pages including the homepage, product pages, product listing pages, how it works, our story, blog, menu, customer account and cancellation flow, overseeing design team management and end-to-end project delivery throughout.

Every element was designed in Figma, with a focus on creating an intuitive, conversion-led experience that reflects the Different Dog brand - premium, purposeful and built around the customer.
